PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a pedestrian from being in a traffic accident at night. SOLUTION: A lighting lamp and a rear reflection board 27 are provided at both ends or one end of a grip part 10. A prescribed angle area portion has light transmisiveness centering an axis that passes through the lighting lamp, at a front cover part 14 of the lighting lamp. A rotation board 19 is supported so as to be rotatable almost in parallel to the cover part 14. A plurality of light transmission parts 22 are arranged around the axis. The rotation board 19 is intermittently rotated in only one direction according to an engagement between ratchet 26 and a ratchet tooth 23 and the arm swing action of a walker.
