摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method in which an alkali metal can be quantitatively analyzed simply and precisely by a method wherein nitric acid is added to at least one compound out of a group of BaCO3 and SrCO3 so as to be dissolved and the mixture is analyzed by a parallel magnetic filed-type alternating current Zeeman flameless atomic absorption method. SOLUTION: For example, when a sample is at 2.5 g, it is weighed correctly down to the third decimal place in a tetrafluoroethylene perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer PFA container (internal cubinc content: 100 ml). Twenty ml of nitric acid at 68 wt.% is added, a content volume of 100 ml is prepared by using ultrapure water, and a solution to be analyzed is obtained. Then, 10μl is used out of the solution to be analyzed, and a total volume of 25μl is prepared by using water. That is, the 100-fold diluted solution of the sample is measured by a standard addition method by using a parallel magnetic field- type alternating current Zeeman flameless atomic absorption apparatus. Thereby, Na and K on the order ot sub-ppm can be quantitatively analyzed with good accuracy.
