PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transaction specifications from being forgotten to take by selecting a medium discharge system corresponding to the congestion degree of customers and to shorten transaction time in comparison with the system of discharging cash after drawing out a card and the detailed statement of transaction. SOLUTION: When a customer performs a dispensation transaction (S1), it is judged whether customers are continued or not (S2). When the customers are continued, all the card, cash and the detailed statement of transaction are simultaneously discharged (S3). When the customers are not continued, the card, cash and detailed statement of transaction are first discharged (S4) and next, the cash is discharged (S5). Afterwards, it is checked whether the medium (card, detailed statement of transaction and cash) is drawn out of the machine or not (S6) and when the medium check result is OK, the transaction is finished but when it is NG, processing for the medium forgotten to take is executed (S7). After the processing for the medium forgotten to take is finished, the transaction is completed. After the customer goes away, when the next customer is sensed within prescribed time, a customer sensor judges the customers are continued.
