摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the angle misalignment of the columnar axis of a lens due to the difference in a shrinkage ratio by adjusting a production process so as to correct the columnar axis opposite to the axis misalignment of the columnar axis at a substantially equal quantity. SOLUTION: This production process is adjusted in order to correct for the columnar axis opposite to the axial misalignment of the columnar axis at a substantially equal quantity by determining the axial misalignment quantity of the columnar axis induced by the shrinkage difference of the lens. A forwardly curved surface casting mold and a backward curved surface casting mold are used for the production process. The respective casting molds regulate the specific forms relating to the respective sides of the lens. The lens is put into these casting molds and is molded by the space regulated between the forwardly curved surface casting mold and the backward curved surface casting mold. The axis misalignment is compensated by adjusting one or both of the forwardly curved surface casting mold and the backward curved surface casting mold. The forwardly curved surface casting mold 72 and the backward curved surface casting mold 74 are rotated relative to each other by as much as a quantity A which is known to be the axial misalignment with respect to the specific columnar axis 76 desired to be molded.
