PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar light power generating device capable of operating in an optimum state all the time. SOLUTION: The input of a switching signal to a booster circuit capable of changing a boost rate in accordance with the duty factor of an inputted switching signal is started (step 100), the voltage (system voltage) VK of a commercial power system (step 102), then, a target voltage VM after the pressure rise of the booster circuit is found based on the voltage VK (step 104), when the actual output voltage VS of the booster circuit is lower than the voltage VM, the duty factor of the switching signal is increased, and when it is higher, the duty factor of the switching signal is lowered (step 106 to step 112).
