PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate to conform an operated tariff button by providing a detecting means detecting the approach or contact of a finger to/with each tariff button and changing the light emission forms of an illuminating means corresponding to the tariff button which the finger approaches or comes contact with on the basis of an output from the detecting means. SOLUTION: The taximeter 1 emits all light emitting diodes with green while a tariff mode in not set. When a tariff switch is turned ON by operating a tariff button 10, the tariff name of the operated button 10 is displayed on a displaying part 3a, also the light emission color of a light emitting diode corresponding to the button 10 is switched from green to red. The light emission color of name described parts 10a formed in a tariff button 10 are switched in basic tariff buttons 10A, and as for auxiliary tariff buttons 10B, the light emission colors of the buttons 10B and a display plate 11 provided side by side with it are switched.
