PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for measuring electromagnetic field intensity and a method and an apparatus for measuring current voltage distribution, whereby each of electric field component and magnetic field component of an electromagnetic field intensity due to radiated electromagnetic waves of a test apparatus can be measured with a compact and simple facility. SOLUTION: A probe 10 is arranged within an area where the probe generates electrostatic coupling and electromagnetic coupling with a test apparatus 1. Currents outputted from both ends of the probe 10 are measured by current-measuring devices 21 and 22 respectively. A current due to the electrostatic coupling between the probe 10 and test apparatus 1, and a current due to the electromagnetic coupling therebetween are separately calculated from the two current values by an operation part 31 of a computer 30. The electromagnetic field intensity in the vicinity of the test apparatus 1 can be obtained separately for an electric field component and a magnetic field component from the calculation result.
