SOLUTION: A control block 10 adopts a plurality of different data mixture method to generate interleaved data from an information data stream and generates each check symbol from the interleaved data, and transfers error correction coded data resulting from adding each check symbol to the information data string via an interface 11. A decoder 10B of the control block 10 exchanges one check symbol or each check symbol to execute decoding processing.
