COAXIAL FEEDING TYPE ARRAY ANTENNA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array antenna which can reduce its loss with a lightweight structure and also to provide a plane antenna having the radiation elements in a plane form using the array antenna. SOLUTION: This array antenna consists of a coaxial line 1 including an inner conductor 11 and an outer conductor 13 which is formed on the outer circumference of the conductor 11 via a dielectric 12, plural coupling ropes 2 which are inserted into the dielectric 12 at one of both ends of every rope 2 from the outside of the conductor 13 in the axial direction of the line 1 and with no touch to the conductor 13, the radiation elements 3 which are unified with the ropes 2 or connected to the ropes 2 at the other end of every rope 2 and a feeding part 4 which is added to the line 1.
