PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate and collect train tickets in good order in a cassette case by providing an elevator mechanism adjusting the position of the lower faces of the tickets to be accumulated so that the upper faces of the tickets to be accumulated in the cassette case can be located at a prescribed position all the time. SOLUTION: When a cassette case C1 is installed into the prescribed position of a frame F, a part of an elevator mechanism E that can vertically move the movable bottom plate 23 of the case C1 is inserted through the hole 22 of the bottom 21 of the case C1. The mechanism E is controlled by a detection signal of a sensor 30 setting a detection level in a slit 24 provided on an upper side wall of the case C1. The control of the mechanism E performs rotation control of a screw E' so that the top part of accumulated cards can be located at the position of a set detection level. Thus, a card is prevented from being erected in the cassette case and the state of the accumulated cards can be maintained in good shape.
