PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the frequency of oscillation output of a frequency synthesizer from fluctuating when a ringer is ringing or the vibrations are applied. SOLUTION: The chip parts 37 constructing an oscillation tuning circuit part of a voltage controlled oscillator of a frequency synthesizer are mounted on a printed circuit board 36. When a ringer 18 rings to notify an incoming call, the vibrations of the ringer 18 are transmitted to the parts 37 through the board 36. As the parts 37 are covered with silicone 38, the vibration energy is absorbed by silicone 38. Thus, it's possible to prevent the characteristics of parts 37 from being varied by the deformation of the parts 37 which are caused by the vibration energy.
