PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to set whether or not form output by a recording part is performed from a terminal such as a PC(Personal Computer), set whether or not output is carried out at the time of reception from a specific opposite party, and a time zone from more than one PC without going to the place of the facsimile equipment. SOLUTION: In order to send a recording paper output propriety setting notice instruction or recording paper output propriety setting time zone notice instruction from a PC to facsimile equipment, the recording paper output 44 of a setting menu picture 40 is possible and transmission opposite party specification 45 is signified; after a number is inputted to 43 of RTI or CSI, a facsimile transmission button 41 is clicked to update a recording paper output propriety setting (time zone) external setting table incorporated in the facsimile equipment. Consequently, the facsimile equipment refers to the table at the time of termination and starts a plotter when the output is possible or in an output enabled time zone to output recording paper.
