PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure at least a plurality of required scanning lines only for easier processing while the size and weight of the entire device are reduced. SOLUTION: The laser beam L1 emitted from a laser diode 6 is reflected on each surface of a rotary triangular prism mirror 10 with angles of surfaces 10a, 10b, and 10c different each other, and an object is scanned for three concentric/arcuate scanning lines. The laser light L3 reflected on the object is captured with each surfaces 10a, 10b, and 10c, and condensed and reflected with a condensing mirror 9 and a fold-back mirror 14, which is captured with a photo-diode 7 for photoelectric conversion.
