PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management method and a network management system that provide various services, by which a network is managed corresponding to each service class. SOLUTION: In the method and system that manages a network 5 which includes a configuration where a plurality of devices are interconnected by links, a service management server 1, a database 2, network management servers 3-1-3-2 and clients 4-1-4-4 corresponding to each service class are included, network configuration information is related with view configuration information, corresponding to a single or a plurality of service classes to generate a view, stores it to the database 2 and either or both of a physical network configuration and a logical network configuration corresponding to a designated service class are displayed together with fault information, when there is any, thereby conducting network management corresponding to each service class. |
