<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a refrigerator by using unfrozen water for cooling a condenser. SOLUTION: An ice machine SIM is provided with an ice making section 1 which is cooled by means of a cooler 21 for making ice, a drain receiver 14 which receives the unfrozen water of the section 1, and an ice making unit 2 which houses the section 1 and receiver 14. The machine SIM is also provided with a compressor 4 and a condenser 3 which constitute a refrigerating cycle together with the cooler 21 and a machine room unit 5 which houses the compressor 4 and condenser 3. In addition to the above, the machine SIM is also provided with a cooling water receiver 26 provided below the condenser 3, a leading-out pipe 15 which is installed to the drain receiver 14 and leads the unfrozen water to the cooling water receiver 26, and a pump which supplies the water stored in the cooling water receiver 14 to a sprinkler 25 provided above the condenser 3. The condenser 3 is formed by closely adhering a refrigerant pipe to one side face of a heat exchanging plate.</p> |
