PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To posed as though a mail transmitted from a client device at the outside of a network were transmitted from a client device in the network. SOLUTION: A reference transfer control section 33 of an electronic mail device 32 encrypts a mail addressed to a reference mail address MA of a user in a reference server 41, generates a mail that is addressed to the substitute MA of the user and whose main text consists of the encrypted mail and allows the reference server 41 to transmit the resulting mail. A substitute transfer control section 34 decodes the encrypted main text of the mail received by a substitute server 46 and gives the result of decoding to a substitute client 47. Furthermore, the substitute transfer control section 34 encrypts the mail from the substitute client 47, generates a mail addressed to the reference MA of the user and whose main text consists of the encrypted mail and allows the substitute server 46 to transmit the mail. The reference transfer control section 33 decodes the encrypted main text of the mail received by the reference server 41 and allows the reference server 41 to transmit the result of decoding.
