PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiling cooling device capable of ensuring heat dissipating performance in a more wide operating temperature range. SOLUTION: In this device 1, a cooling fan is arranged above a radiator 4 and vertically sends wind to a core part of the radiator 4 from the lower side to the upper side by applying a current via a control device, which controls the blowing amount (number of rotation of a motor), e.g. in two stages (Hi and Lo) on the basis of the measured value of a temperature sensor 21 measuring the surface temperature of a refrigerant tank 3. More specifically, when a refrigerant tank temperature Tr is higher than a setting value T1, high heat dissipating performance can be maintained by setting a blowing level of the cooling fan to Hi. When the refrigerant tank temperature Tr is lower than or equal to the setting value t1, the volume ratio of bubbles which occupys a refrigerant chamber 8 can be reduced by setting the blowing level of the cooling fan to Lo. As a result, even if the refrigerant tank temperature Tr is lower than or equal to the setting value t1, substantial decrease of an inner pressure is prevented, and generation of burnout on a boiling surface can be prevented.
