摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output controller capable of supplying a stable constant voltage output to a load by effectively consuming surplus power of a solar battery mounted on an artificial satellite, etc., with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: Analog shunt circuits 111 to 1N1 which successively perform on-operations and control bus output voltage ripples in a small number are correspondingly connected to 1st solar battery cells 31b to 3Nb, and digital shunt circuits 113 to 1N3 capable of being composed of transistors having a small allowable collector loss are connected between paddle output terminals so as to successively operate in the same manner. This controller copes with the increase of a surplus power level by a control voltage Vcc from a control circuit part 2 and can provide an output voltage in which low ripples are satisfactory in a stationary control mode because it can successively perform switching control from the circuits 111 to 1N1 to the circuits 113 to 1N3. Also, it can effectively cope even with drastically surplus power mode and can offer a device which is made small-sized and light in weight.
