SOLUTION: For the functions of an image display part 16, a sound input/ output part 17 and a transmission/reception part 18, the flicker frequency of a light source 12 capable of varying the flicker frequency on the outside is detected, it is encoded, a code is changed by varying the flicker frequency and the control of the image display part 16, the sound input/output part 17 and the transmission/reception part 18 is made possible.
