PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system which can manage plural user terminals connected to a network in a centralized state and can improve the security for data communication. SOLUTION: A network system is provided with access servers 2 connected to an external network 1 and a network relaying mechanism 4 connected between the external network 1 and an internal network 3. The mechanism 4 stores the correspondence relation between user information, such as the user ID and IP address information and the information on the connection of each user terminal to the networks 1 and 3, selects the server which provides the information corresponding to the installed location of the access server 2 accessed by a user terminal, and fixes the route between the selected server and the user terminal. Therefore, the IP address assigned to each user terminal can always be grasped and each user terminal can be managed in a centralized state. In addition, the security of the networks 1 and 3 can be improved, because the routes connecting the user terminals to the networks can be controlled and monitors.
