PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated device which has a highly accurate photosensitive sensor preventing diffused reflection by an external lead-out terminal. SOLUTION: An IC chip 1 having two line sensors 2 is fixed on a dye pad 4. A bonding pad 3 is formed on the IC chip 1, and the bonding pad 3 is connected with an external lead-out terminal 6 by a bonding wire 5. Moreover, hanging conductors 7, 8 are not arranged in the longitudinal direction or X-X line direction of the line sensor 2. By constituting the device this way, incident light does not enter the hanging conductors 7, 8 in the vicinity of the line sensor 2, and luminous flux from a subject can be measured with high accuracy. |
