摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus in which a flaw detection scanning operation can be controlled at a high speed and in which a flaw detection result is judged precisely by displaying a high-resolution image, by combining skillfully a single-task operating system and a multitask operating system. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus is provided with a probe 4, a three-axis driving system 5, a driver unit 6, an ultrasonic flaw detector 7, a control computer 11, a computer 12 for operation and a computer 13 for image processing. A single-task operating system is built in the computer 11. A multitask operating system is built in the computer 12 for operation and the computer 13 for image processing. The control computer 11 executes the control of a scanning operation. The computer 12 for operation executes the display of an image in real time on the basis of flaw detection data. The computer 13 for image processing performs an image processing operation on the basis of the same flaw detection data so as to execute the display of the image properly.
