PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile agent method by which a person can automatically distribute the information required by many and unspecified persons to the persons while outing. SOLUTION: A mobile communication network is constituted of mobile terminals 1, such as highly functional portable telephone sets a mobile communication network 2, such as the PDC/PHS a gateway 3 for performing protocol conversion the internet network 4, content web servers 5, and a fixed terminal 6, such as the desk-top personal computer. The gateway 3 stores the personal information (PIM data or PIM information) of all terminal users and the CPU of the gateway 3 manages the PIM information of all terminal users and can check the contents of the information. The PIM information is accessed and updated from the fixed terminal 6. Since the CPU of the gateway 3 always monitors the contents of the PIM information, the information required by many and unspecified persons can be retrieved and fetched from the web servers 5 through the internet network 4.
