PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion conductive high polymer gel electrolyte causing no change of a prepared composition by volatilization of solvent, when manufacturing and superior in conductivity at a low temperature. SOLUTION: This electrolyte is high polymer gel electrolyte, containing (i) nonaqueous electrolyte comprising nonaqueous solvent and electrolyte salt and (ii) a high polymer matrix, and it contains at least one kind of cyano-ethyl- ether compound expressed by the general formula, X-(OR)n-O(CH2)m-CN.(In the formula, X indicates 1-10C hydrocarbon radical a fluorine atom substitution 1-10C hydrocarbon radical, and R indicates an 2-4C alkylene radical having 2-4 (m) is 1 or 2 and (n) is an integer of 0-30). |
