PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve frequency stability without deteriorating characteristics with age by providing a lead frame for circuit wiring composed of a piezoelectric oscillator and a sheet metal, and providing one part of the lead frame with a break for avoiding the contact of the piezoelectric oscillator with a lead terminal. SOLUTION: When a lead frame 1' crossing a lead frame terminal 3 exists in the portion of extending this terminal, a step part is provided by downwardly folding the lead frame 1' at the time of press working so as not to contact with the lead terminal 3 in advance. Further, a step part (lead frame 1") is provided at the portion of a crystal oscillator 2, where the terminal part of a case is located, by folding the portion of the lead frame 1', and the terminal part of case of the crystal oscillator 2 is supported from the downside at the recessed part of the step. Only by fixing the lead frame 1 to a metal die for holding the crystal oscillator 2 so as not to change a loading position in the recessed step of the lead frame 1", the entire oscillator can be completely covered with a mold resin 7.
