摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which is high in yield and is low in cost by virtue of decreased disconnection defects. SOLUTION: This device is formed by using wiring containing Cr and containing at least one of Re and Mo for at least one of gate wiring and data wiring. The Re composition in the case of a binary system of Cr-Re is specified to 15 to 40 wt.%. The Re composition in the case of a ternary system of Cr-Re- Mo is specified to a range of 10 to 40 wt.% and the Mo composition to a range of 10 to 40 wt.%. The liquid crystal display device which is decreased in the disconnection defects, is high in yield and is low in cost may be provided by using the Cr-Re film or Cr-Re-Mo film having a high adhesion property to resist as the wiring material.</p>
