<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and correctly execute a judgement and record processing concerning travelling data which is analog-recorded by an analog travelling recording meter. SOLUTION: Time and distance scales or the like are previously printed on the analog type recording sheets of paper by a pink color or the like. Travelling data such as a travelling speed is recorded on the recording paper in black by the analog travelling recording meter. The travelling data in the recording paper is read by a scanner 10 through a red group filter 16 and recorded in a personal computer as image data. The image data is converted into digital data by image processing software and analyzed and a computer processing for work management is executed. A black sheet 17 is arranged inside the lid 2 of the scanner 10 so that the center and the twelve o'clock position of the recording paper are easily detected. A marking line is drawn at a position corresponding to the notched part of the recording paper without the notched part and a pinhole is obtained on the extension line of the marking line so that the twelve o'clock position is easily detected.</p> |
