PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector structure of a shielded electric wire capable of preventing a short circuit between an inner conductive terminal and an outer conductive terminal, and reducing external radiation of noise. SOLUTION: An inner conductive terminal 2 mounted on an inner conductor 110a of the shielded electric wire 110 is held by an insulator 3, and the insulator 3 is held by a fitting part 5 of an outer conductive terminal 4. A braid 110c of the shielded electric wire 110 is provided with a terminal unit 1 crimped by a barrel 6 of the outer conductive terminal 4. A base part of a shielding plate 10 for blocking an opening 4a is formed on a back end of the fitting part 5, and a sleeve member 11 is externally fitted to the fitting part 5. When the sleeve member 11 is slid to the opening 4a side, the shielding plate 10 is pressed by the sleeve member 11 and is swung to the opening 4a side, and the opening 4a is blocked by the shielding plate 10.
