PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a position from deviating even if a plurality of shot methods are adopted in a radiation image data acquisition method and device for obtaining a plurality of image data for subtraction processing. SOLUTION: A detector consisting of a solid detection element 20 is used, where the element has two capacitors C22 and C23 for accumulating a signal electric charge being generated by a photoelectric conversion element 21 and switches SW24 and 25 for switching the validity/invalidity of both of them. A control signal C2 is set to L and only C22 is made valid, an electric charge for indicating the transmission radiation image information of a high-energy constituent is accumulated in the C22, then the C2 is set to high and only C23 is made valid without replacing the detector, and an electric charge for indicating the transmission radiation image information is accumulated in the low- energy constituent. After that, the C2 is set to L and the image signal of the high-energy constituent is read, then the C2 is set to high and only the C23 is made valid, the image signal of the low-energy constituent is read, and both the image signals are used for performing subtraction processing.
