PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for injecting the electrolytic solution of an electric double-layer capacitor for shortening the time required for injecting the electrolytic solution, and for improving the using efficiency of the electrolytic solution. SOLUTION: A piston 154 is lowered under the driving action of an air cylinder 196, and a feeding path 172 is communicated with an opening 142, and the communication of a discharging path 152 with the opening 142 is interrupted, and an electrolytic solution is injected into a case body 140. When the pressure of the case body 140 reaches a pressurizing side set pressure P1, the piston is raised, and the communication of the feeding path 172 with the opening 142 is interrupted, and the feeding path 152 is communicated with the opening 142. Then, the gas in the case body 140 is discharged, and the pressure is reduced. Thus, the injection of the electrolytic solution and the pressure reduction is repeated. |
