Thienopyrimidines of the formula 1 which have phosphodiesterase V-inhibition activity and can be used in the treatment of cardiovascular disorders and impotence, where; R1 and R2 are H, A, OA, alkenyl, alkinyl, NO2, CF3 or Hal where R1 or R2 are not H together, alkylene having 3-5 carbon atoms R3 and R4 are H, A, OA, Hal, NO2, NH2, NHA or NAA'; or together -O-CH2-CH2, -O-CH2-O or -O-CH2-CH2-O-; A, A' are alkyl having 1-6 carbon atoms, X is 5-7 heterocycle with 1-4 N, O and/or S which can be further substituted; Hal is F, Cl, Br or I; n is 0-3. Further disclosed is a process for preparation of these compounds.
