PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintaining an inductance corresponding to an area by laminating a plurality of conductors and insulators having a cylinder shape, by junctioning each conductor having a cylinder shape by junction parts under the condition of continuation, and by assimilating an electric conductive part as a solenoid structure to have a same function as an electric coil. SOLUTION: A laminated structure is constituted of a solenoid structure which is constituted of a conductor 1 having a circle shape and a junction part 2, with which any position an electrode 14 to have a capacitor function is junctioned and on the next layer of which an electrode 15 to have an electronic capacitor function is arranged under the condition of an electrode 14 to be electrically insulated for direct current. By such means, a parallel resonance circuit can be constituted of an electric coil and the capacitor. By the same means, an equivalent circuit which has a starting point 11 of the coil, a terminating point 12 and an electrical output point 13 of the capacitor can be obtained by being constituted of the structure to have a function of a plurality of electronic capacitors.
