PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve freezing over a large temperature range to extremely low temperature by compressing a variable load refrigerant mixture containing a specific constituent, cooling it, expanding the obtained variable load refrigerant mixture, at the same time, achieving freezing, and generating the variable load refrigerant mixture with low temperature. SOLUTION: A refrigerant 2 is compressed by a compressor 3 for forming compressed refrigerant fluid 4, where the refrigerant 2 contains at least one type of constituent from a group consisting of fluorocarbon, hydrofluorocarbon, and fluoroether and at least one type of constituent from a group consisting of fluorocarbon, hydrofluorocarbon, hydrochlorofluorocarbon, fluoroether, atmospheric gas, and hydrocarbon. The compressed refrigerant fluid 4 is cooled nearly to ambient temperature by an after-cooler 70 and is further cooled through a heat exchanger 5, one part is liquefied, and an obtained refrigerant fluid 6 is throttled by a valve 7 for evaporating by a heat exchanger 9, thus cooling fluid 8, and at the same time fluid flow 10 and 11 is cooled by the heat exchanger 5. |
