PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium address management method that can prevent crosstalks that mix into address information. SOLUTION: Groove G and land L are defined as recording/reproducing tracks. An address information 3 is recorded on the boundary of the adjacent recording/reproducing tracks. The recording/reproducing tracks of the adjacent groove G and land L are designated to different addresses and the recording/ reproducing tracks of the groove G and land L are designated to the address continuous to the recording/reproducing tracks of the groove G and land L.
