PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent entry of rain water into the inside of an endosure from an ventilation port of a heat-intensive means by arranging the heat-intensive means formed as a hollow conic shape at the upper part of an electronic device, providing a ventilation port to the tip end part and providing a heat releasing means to cover the heat-intensive means. SOLUTION: A main body 2 comprises an electronic device 5 and a battery 6, and a heat-intensive means 7 is installed at the upper edge of the body 2. This heat-intensive means 7 is formed in the quadrangular pyramid and is located at the upper part of the electronic device 5 and a ventilation port 9 is provided at the extreme end part thereof. A heat releasing means 8 having a square shape ceiling plate 10 and four side surfaces 11 is provided to cover the heat-intensive means 7. This heat release means 8 is provided with an outdoor-air port 12. This outdoor air port 12 is provided with a square shape at the right end part facing to the three side surfaces 11 except for the side surface 11 corresponding to the front surface of the body 2 among four side surfaces 11 and the lower end is sealed with the welding to the upper end of the body 2.
