PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by reducing the working man-hours and the number of components in a stepping motor. SOLUTION: This stepping motor consists of a stator core 4, which is arranged on the outer periphery of a rotor maintaining an air gap, bearings on the output side and the non-output side which support a shaft 1, bosses 10, 11 made of resin on the output side and the non-output side which concentrically support the stator core 4 and the bearings on the output side and the non-output side, a fixing flange 12 arranged adjacently in the axial direction to a bearing boss 10 on the output side, and an elastic member 13 combining the fixing flange 12 with the bearing boss 10 on the output side.
