PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a remote controller for a combustion device provided with a plurality of remote controllers to discriminate a state without a remote controller and to be in normal operation even without the need for increasing the kinds of the remote controllers. SOLUTION: Each remote controller R receives supply of power and uses a counter C to start counting the number of oscillations, to stop counting after receiving display data D from a main controller M and to store a count X. A number of storage areas B in a RAM 13 storing connection information to the remote controller R is set as an address by using the count X and normal communication can be conducted without the need for increasing the kinds of the remote controllers by deviating a time of object data G to be sent to the main controller M.
