PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong dialing by controlling a tone dial not to be supplied to a DTMF receiver where simultaneous tone dials are made more than a limit. SOLUTION: A behind PBX 3 is provided with a storage section 4 that stores time information after a DTMF receiver 2 starts reception of a tone dial until the processing of the PBX 3 is finished, timers 5 whose number is equal to that of the DTMF receiver 2 and that are started when respective DTMF receivers 2 start reception of a tone dial and count a time until the time information stored in the storage section 4, and a control section 6 that controls supply of the tone dial to the DTMF receivers 2. Then the control section 6 of the behind PBX 3 controls the tone dial not to be supplied to the DTMF receivers 2 when the PBX 3 receive s a tone dial sent from a premises while all the timers 5 are started.
