PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate need to carry a blackboard on which recording information on construction site is displayed to the site every time and photograph the blackboard by recording an information display member where specified information is displayed on one part and also recording the landscape related to the specified information on all of the part. SOLUTION: The blackboard on which the specified information corresponding to the landscape of the construction site to be photographed on the construction site is displayed is photographed by an electronic camera and recorded in an image recording and reproducing part 2. Next, a user comes close to the construction site so as to photograph the landscape of the site and record it in the recording and reproducing part 2 similarly. At such a time, both pieces of image information are related by putting the same collating number on corresponding blackboard image information and landscape image information. In the case of synthesizing both pieces of image information after recording the image information, the blackboard image information and the landscape image information are collated according to the collating number, and the blackboard image to which variable power is performed so that it may be smaller than the landscape image in an image processing part 3 is synthesized to be positioned at the corner of the landscape image by an image synthesizing part 4.
