摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce evaluating time, and to improve reliability in evaluation by continuously measuring an outlet side flow speed of a nozzle passage, and judging the quality of measuring performance of a flow rate from the size of a fluctuation caused by the lapse of time of the flow speed. SOLUTION: A box-shaped rectangular groove 1a is formed in a recessed shape in a housing 1, the surface is covered with a cover 5, and an upstream side passage 200, a nozzle passage 210 and a downstream side passage 220 are formed as a cross-sectional quadrangular two-dimensional passage. A circular arc-shape cross-sectional target 3 is arranged on an extension line of the nozzle passage 210 in the downstream side passage 220, and a quadrangular setting stand part 3a is integrally formed in the lower end part. LP gas blowing out of the nozzle passage 210 collides with the target 3 to generate fluid vibration whereby to detect a flow rate to thus continuously measure an outlet side flow speed of the nozzle passage 210 to judge measuring accuracy as excellent as the flow speed fluctuation becomes small.
