PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial structure by using the central region of a core part and a tube part, that is an outside sheath as a double-layered conductive layer and by using a silicon dioxide layer of an intermediate layer as an insulation layer. SOLUTION: A core part, composed of a conductive layer or a semiconductor layer forming a coaxial core part 3 and an insulation layer 2 surrounding it, is formed in the tube of a nanotube 1. As a result, the central region of the core part and the tube 1 part that is an outside sheath form a double-layered conductive layer, and a silicon dioxide layer of an intermediate layer forms the insulation layer 2, so that a coaxial nanocable can be formed.
