PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixing device in which the replacement of a brush for cleaning and the recyclability are improved. SOLUTION: A cleaning member is composed, for example, by bonding a brush 3 made of PPS resin or the like to a brush holder 7 made of the same material. On the brush holder 7, hooks 9 provided with engagement holes 8 so as to be freely detachably attached to a pressing member 4 are formed. On the pressing member 4, which is a metal plate spring or the like, projections 10 that are engaged with the hooks 9 of the brush holder 7 are formed by cutting indentations. The cleaning member is attached by engaging the projections 10 and 11 of the pressing member 4 with the holes 8 of the hooks 9 of the brush holder 7. By the mere disengagement of the holes 8 and the projections 10 and 11, the brush holder 7 can easily be detached from the pressing member 4. This makes it possible to avoid bonding or affixing the resin and the metal and improve recyclability.
