PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a malfunction preventing device for on-vehicle electrical equipment which can prevent malfunctions of on-vehicle electrical equipment due to water infiltration. SOLUTION: A starter drive circuit 11 is constituted of a battery 12, fuses 13, an ignition switch 14, a neutral start switch 15, a relay 16, and a starter 17. One end of the ignition switch 14 is connected to the positive side of the battery 12 and the other end is connected to a contact CP2 of the neutral start switch 15. The switch 15 is set in a state, where its contacts CP1 and CP2 are connected to each other when a shift lever is positioned to a P or N range. When the shift lever is positioned to other ranges, the contacts CP1 and CP3 of the switch 15 are connected to each other. The contact CP1 is connected to one end of the coil section 16a of the relay 16, and the contact CP3 and the other end of the coil section 16a are grounded. |
