PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw a plurality of high electric potential outputs from a single-coil bobbin. SOLUTION: In a coil 7, a coil bobbin 1 which is wound with a prescribed number of turns is divided into a plurality of sections with a split vane 4, with a primary coil part separated from an output coil part. Here, an upper surface 11a of a partition vane 10 protrudes above the outermost part of the coil 7 which is wound around a fist output coil part, while a groove is provided to a surface side, so as to secure creeping space distance between highvoltage coils with, the partition vane 10.
