PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress lowering of the performance of the information processor, even when troubles occurr to a storage means, which always stores micro instructions of high use frequency and is provided in a central processor. SOLUTION: When trouble enabling continuous use occurs to a RAM 12 which always stores a micro instruction MINS1 of high use frequency, the micro instruction storing method, which is disclosed reads the micro instruction INS1 of the high use frequency out of a main storage device 2 stored with all micro instructions in advance and stores it in the RAM 12. If a trouble disabling continuous use occurs to the RAM 12, the RAM 12 is not used and the micro instruction MIS1 of high use frequency is read out of the main storage device 2 and exclusively stored in part of a memory 21, where a micro instruction INS2 of low use frequency is overwritten in order.
