PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent an unexpected terminal from being connected to conference communication and to improve the security of conference communication service by installing reservation tables where originating ID of an incoming call correspond to reservation time and a means refusing the connection of the incoming call which is not matched with the reservation table. SOLUTION: MCU(multipoint connection controller) which mutually connects two and more calls arriving at a private exchange PBX is installed. Reservation tables TL1-TLn where the dial-in numbers of the incoming calls, originating ID and reservation time are made to correspond and a means refusing the connection of the incoming calls which is not matched with the reservation tables are installed. When the incoming calls which are not matched with the reservation tables TL1-TLn, namely, originating ID are the calls which are not matched with a contents registered in the reservation tables applied to the time, the connection is refused. Even if the call which cannot identify originating ID arrives, it is considered to be the call which is not matched with the content registered in the reservation table and the connection is refused.
