PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a series of procedures from the read of an article code to the payment of a price using an IC card at high speed without moving a viewpoint by integrally and movably constituting an article code reading means and a communication means. SOLUTION: A vending terminal is divided to a hand scanner part 401 and a cash register part 402, and the hand scanner part 401 is composed of a coil 106 provided in an IC card communication part 105 and a display part 104 while integrating an article code reading part 101 and the IC card communication part 105. Besides, the cash register part 402 is provided with a keyboard 110 so that the payment in cash can be dealt with by pressing keys in the keyboard 110 showing the reception of cash when performing the payment in cash. Thus, since the viewpoint is not moved, both a clerk and a customer can easily perform procedures at high speed. |
