PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell stack fastening device capable of evenly fastening a stack with a relatively simple structure, and having springs disposed in positions without high temperature rise. SOLUTION: This device has a lower holder 11 for supporting a lower part of a stack 10 stacked with unit cells, an upper holder 12 for pressing a top part of the stack 10, a press member 13 disposed above the upper holder 12, fastening rods 14 each screwed with nuts 15 at both ends with the fastening rod 14 penetrating into the press member 13 and the lower holder 11, springs 16 each provided between the nut 15 installed below the lower holder 11 and the lower holder 11 and penetrated by the fastening rod 14, and plural fastening force adjustment bolts 17 screwing in the press member 13, each having a tip abutting on a top part of the upper holder 2. |
