摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate the peeling damage of a coating layer within a short time. SOLUTION: The surface temp. difference of a turbine blade after heating is detected by an infrared camera, and the detection result is transmitted to an evaluation system of the life of an object to be inspected along with the detecting position data due to a position measuring sensor 4 of the object to be inspected. An X-Y stage 6 moves an ultrasonic flaw detector 7 to a predetermined position according to an X-Y coordinates signal. The ultrasonic flaw detector 7 inspects the peeling damage state at the interface of a ceramic layer X and a corrosion-resistant alloy layer Y at the position of a moving destination in a non-destructive state. The signal processing part 8 for the ultrasonic flaw detector converts the peeling damage state caught by the ultrasonic flaw detector 7 to an image and transmits the image data to the evaluation system 9 of the life of the object to be inspected. The actual working stress distribution acting on a part to be inspected is inputted to the evaluation system 9 of the life of the object to be inspected and the safety/dangerousness of the peeling crack of the heat shielding coating in the part to be inspected is judged from the sent data and the actual working stress distribution.
