PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor whose stator lead wires can be led easily out of the inside of a motor bracket and which has sufficient electrical breakdown strength between the motor bracket and the stator. SOLUTION: A circuit board 28 for feeding power to a stator is fixed to the outer surface of a motor bracket 2. Lead wires 11a of stator coils are drawn out of the inside of the motor bracket 2 through a through-hole 2a formed in the motor bracket 2 and are connected electrically to the circuit board 28. The circuit board 28 has a board main part 29, which closes the through-hole 2a and an insertion hole 34 which is formed in the board main part 29 at the approximately central position of the through-hole 2a and through which the lead wires 11a of the coils are inserted. The through-hole 2a is closed by the board main part 29 of the circuit board 28, and the coil lead wires 11a are electrically connected to the circuit board 28 through the insertion hole 34.
